1. Service Agreement

Miladi Digital Sound provides professional live sound equipment and operator services for events in Mumbai and nearby areas. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

2. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed only after receipt of advance payment
• Remaining balance is due on or before the event date
• Payment can be made via cash, UPI, or bank transfer
• Quoted prices are valid for 7 days from the date of issue

3. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellation 7+ days before event: 50% refund of advance
• Cancellation within 7 days of event: No refund
• Event rescheduling is subject to availability and confirmation

4. Setup & Equipment

• Setup typically begins 2-3 hours before the event start time
• Client must ensure access to venue and power supply
• Any damage to equipment by attendees is the client's responsibility
• We carry full backup equipment for critical components

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate event details (date, time, venue, guest count)
• Ensuring venue access and adequate power supply
• Securing necessary permits for the event (if applicable)
• Safe conduct of attendees around our equipment

6. Liability & Insurance

Miladi Digital Sound is insured for equipment and operator liability. We are not responsible for issues arising from venue restrictions, power failures, weather conditions, or events outside our reasonable control. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

7. Force Majeure

In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, etc.), we reserve the right to reschedule or refund the advance at our discretion.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
